Points for ear reflexology are similar to curricular therapy (ear acupuncture). A sensitive point is identified with either a finger or a small blunt rod. Attaching a seed, with plaster, at one point the patient can work easily when needed between treatment.

Both Reflexology and Acupressure fall into the category of Touch Therapy called Reflex therapy. However, they work under every very energetic principles and extremely different reflex point location.

Acupressure deals with over 14 long thin energy lines called meridians that run most of the length of the body.
